Fisheries point of view

Thalainayeru is a panchayat town in Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu.
More than 1000 active shrimp farms in and around the college will be feasible for student’s education to gain the knowledge about culture-based fisheries and enthusiast the students to become an entrepreneur.
Muthupet, a nearby place is a biologically important mangrove area and the fishery potential of this area is well known and documented.
