Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, Nagapattinam, celebrated the 76 th Republic Day with the unfurling of our National flag by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr.N. Felix. The tricolor was unfurled at TNJFU Administrative building, Vettar River View Campus, Nagapattinam withceremonial events on 26 th January 2025. The students of the College of Fisheries Engineering performed the cultural events like Classical dance, mimes, speech and group dance and this enhanced the patriotisms among the participants. The best performance of the staff was recognized distributed award certificates viz., Best teacher award - Dr. D. Manimekalai, Assistant Professor, Best Young Researcher award – Dr. E. Prabu, Assistant Professor, Best Researcher award – Dr. Ambika Binesh, Assistant Professor, Best Extension Worker Award – Dr. A. Mathivannan, Subject Matter Specialist. The Best Worker awards were given to Mr.S. Mahibalan, Assistant Engineer, Mrs. M. Amuthavalli, Assistant and Mr. K. Thirumalai selvan, Driver. The Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor delivered the Republic Day speech and explained that the theme of this 76 th Republic day celebration is “Swarnim Bharat – Virasat aur Vikas” which means “Golden India – Heritage and development”. He highlighted the importance of the Indian Knowledge System in all the higher educational institutions. He also emphasized that all the individual to perform their own responsibilities to their best of their ability without being concerned about the outcome and nature itself will help you in achieving the goal. Dr. P. Chidambaram, Registrar, TNJFU, welcomed the gathering and Dr. Mohammad Tanveer, Dean i/c, College of Fisheries Engineering, Nagapattinam proposed a vote of thanks. All University Officers, Teaching faculty, non-teaching staff, contractual staff and students attended the programme.
நாகப்பட்டினம், தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் ஜெ.ஜெயலலிதா மீன்வளப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் நடைபெற்ற 76 வது குடியரசு தினவிழா நிகழ்ச்சியில் மாண்புமிகு பல்கலைக்கழகத் துணைவேந்தர் முனைவர் நா.பெலிக்ஸ் அவர்கள் தேசிய கொடியை ஏற்றிவைத்து சிறப்பாக பணிபுரிந்த அலுவலர்கள், பணியாளர்களுக்குபாரட்டுசான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கித் தெரிவித்ததாவது..... “தங்க இந்தியா பாரம்பரியம் மற்றும் வளர்ச்சி” என்பது 76 வது குடியரசு தினத்தின் கருப்பொருளாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அனைத்து உயர் கல்வி துறைகளிலும் இந்திய அறிவு அமைப்பு முறைப் பற்றிய முக்கியத்துவத்தை எடுத்துரைக்கும் வண்ணம் பாடத்திட்டங்கள் உருவாக்கப்படவேண்டும். மேலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு கல்லுரிப் பருவம் என்பது தடுமாறும் வயது, இந்த வயதில் எந்த ஒரு தீய பழக்க வழக்கங்களுக்கு ஆட்படாமல் நாம் வாழ்வில் முன்னேர வேண்டும் என்ற சிந்தனையை ஆழ் மனதில் நிறுத்தி கவனம் சிதறாமல் திறம்பட செய்தால் இலக்கை அடைவதற்கு இயற்கையே உதவி செய்யும் என மாண்புமிகு பல்கலைக்கழத் துணைவேந்தர் முனைவர் நா.பெலிக்ஸ் அவர்கள் தெரிவித்தார் அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து சிறப்பாக பணிபுரிந்த உதவிப் பேராசிரியர்கள் முனைவர். து. மணிமேகலை அவர்களுக்கு சிறந்த ஆசிரியருக்கான விருது, முனைவர். இ. பிரபு அவர்களுக்கு சிறந்த இளம் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கான விருது, முனைவர். அம்பிகா பினேஷ் அவர்களுக்கு சிறந்த ஆராய்ச்சிக்கான விருது, முனைவர். ஆ, மதிவாணன் அவர்களுக்கு சிறந்த விரிவாக்க பணியாளருக்கான விருது, திரு. சா. மகிபாலன், உதவிப் பொறியாளர், திருமதி. மு. அமுதவள்ளி, உதவியாளர் மற்றும் திரு. கா. திருமலைச்செல்வன், ஓட்டுநர் ஆகியோர்களுக்கு சிறந்த பணியாளருக்கான விருது மாண்புமிகு துணைவேந்தர் முனைவர். நா. பெலிக்ஸ் அவர்கள் பாராட்டு சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கி பாராட்டினார், மேலும் மீன்வளப் பொறியியல் கல்லூரி மாணவ, மாணவிகளின் கலை மற்றும் கலாச்சார நிகழ்ச்சிகளை பார்வையிட்டு கலை நிகழ்வுகளை சிறப்பாக காட்சிப்படுத்திய மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கு மாண்புமிகு பல்கலைக்கழகத் துணைவேந்தர் முனைவர் நா.பெலிக்ஸ் அவர்கள் சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கினார். முன்னதாக முனைவர். பு. சிதம்பரம், பதிவாளர் அவர்கள் அனைவரையும் வரவேற்று குடியரசு தின வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்தார், நாகப்பட்டினம் மீன்வளப் பொறியியல் கல்லூரியின் முதல்வர் (பொ) முனைவர். முகமது தன்வீர், அவர்கள் நன்றி கூறினார். அனைத்துப் பல்கலைக்கழக அலுவலர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள், பணியாளர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பித்தனர்.
